Itinerary:
Our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hue. The first part of your journey is through the coastal plains and valley south of Hue. As you reach Lang Co beach a haven for wartime relaxation retreat for American forces. This is an active fishing village. Enjoy a wander and admire the views. When you are ready let your guide know and begin your ascent over the Hai Van pass , stop for photo taking and AS you reach the southern side descend down towards My Khe beach, another favourite for armed forces in the Vietnam War. And then visit the Marble Mountain, which features a fine collection of sandstone carvings.You also have some time to hike up the Marble Mountains. There are many natural caves in which Buddhist sanctuaries have been built over the centuries. The Marble Mountains surrounding the area are five stone hillocks – once islands made of marble – and each is said to represent one of the five elements of the universe.
